What Are The Causes Of Back Pain, Chest Pain And Bruise While Recovering From Pneumonia?

My back next to my arms and my chest all the way up to my neck and jawline feel like I have a massive bruise it hurts to touch or lay on. I'm 16 years old and a female and I am just getting over pneumonia, but I am in a lot of pain and would like some answers

I really appreciate your concern if you have history of pneumonia and you recovered it and having a chest pain, back pain then this could be sequelea, of your past pathology, but this is nothing to worry this will go away on its own, for the symptomatic relief you can take any mild pain killer if and only if it is extremely required, hope this information helps you have good day.
