What Are The Causes Of Fullness In Chest, Pain In Arm And Sweating?

last night I woke up sweating like crazy with pain and fullness in my chest and also had pain in my arm and down through my left side, it finally went away but then a little bit ago while doing my paperwork my chest began to feel full again and my palms began to sweat, I am very concerned now. Any ideas?

Hi,
From history it seems that you might be having some coronary pain.
Go to ER and get EKG done to rule out coronary insufficiency or angina.
