HI
Thank for asking to HCM
I really appreciate your concern, the given history here suggestive of acid reflux disease, I actually treating such patients if ever come to my office with the following medicine,
1) Tab Omeprazole 40 mg once in day
2) Tab Domeperidone 30mg once in day
3) Tab Chlorodiazepoxide one tab three times in day
for the safety purpose it is better to go for cardiac evaluation test, take care and wish you fast recovery bye.
