Hello Welcome to the HealthcareMagic

As your lung nodule is increasing in size, malignancy needs to be ruled out here. Causes can be benign nodule, cancer, tuberculosis, abscess, rheumatoid arthritis etc
Biopsy needs to be done to rule out cancer.
Histopathology examination done from biopsy.

Hope I have solved your query
Consult pulmonologist for detail history and physical examination and discuss all these

Take care

Regards,
Dr. Parth Goswami,
