hi i m 26 years old man and i have problem with sex the problem is in normal time my penis stand properly but when i want to do sex with girls it does not stand and some water comes in my penis and it is difficult to stand. I am so worried please tell me solution

Hi,
It seems that your problem is more of psychological origin.
Due to over excitement during sex one gets quick ejaculation.
While doing sex do not get false fear of loosening of erection.
Do not think of ejaculation and remain busy with sex.
Water type fluid come out may be pre cum and nothing to worry.
