What Are The Causes Of Pain In Right Testicle Sack Area?

I am 74 year old male. 6 foot ,200 lbs. Very active.Run 25 miles a week plus weights and machines. Last week developed a very painful area on right testicle sack. No discoloration, swelling or lumps. Only hurts when touched or roll over in bed. Doesn't hurt when not touched.

1.Epididymitis
2.Prostatitis
3.Orchitis
4.Varicocele
5.Hydrocele
6.Spermatocele
