What Are The Causes Of The Following Ultrasound Findings?

Hello I am 63 years of age. I had two episodes of brown red blood a month ago followed by cramping, mild nausea, and left side pain at the hip area. I had a transabdominal and endovaginal scan of the pelvis which note heterogeneous thickening of the endometrial strip up to 11 mm in thickness in the fundal region with fluid in the cervical canal. What could be the cause of findings?
