What Are The Causes To Cough Blood In The Morning And Evening ?

I am currently taking quadtab medicine. My queries are: Is it possible that the symptoms occur during medication? What could be the possible causes of coughing up blood in morning and evening? Before medication, I did not experience this, just a chronic cough but after I was diagnose most of the symptoms come out..

Coughing out of blood in tuberculosis has several causes like cavitory bleeding via rasmussen aneurysm, aspergilloma inside cavity, bronchiectasis, amyloidosis etc. Bloody sputum may even persist after the TB is healed.
How was Tuberculosis diagnosed? Was sputum examination done? Have you taken medication for TB in the past? What is your age now?
You may wait for at least 2 weeks following treatment if the blood being coughed out is minimal. If it is more in amount or two weeks have elapsed following treatment, better go for CT scan thorax and CT angio for lungs and if active bleeding site is found, better go for arterial embolisation.

Coughing and sputum with blood in it is a sign and symptom of PTB .So it needs treatment.Now if you have recently started treatment say about a week back then please wait as it takes time of around 15 days to develop a good effect.But if you are taking the medicines for more than that period then you should consult your doctor for further examination and advice because then it can be said that the medicine is not giving the desired effect.
Please consult your doctor that will be better option.
