What Are The Causes & Treatment For Pain & Noise In Jaw & Ear?

Hi, I am having pain and noise in my ear and jaw. I have had TMJ since i was younger but for a few months i have had this ripping/cracking noise in my ear while opening my mouth and chewing or move my jaw side to side. It is starting to become very painful to eat

I would advice you to relax and reduce your stress levels .

Consult your local dentist and have a look in it and he will do the needful treatment.

For the pain u can take a painkiller as and when required.

Do warm saline gargling.
