Hi
Thank you for asking HCM
I have gone through your query.Your problem is most likely fungal infection and irritation. For my patients with such cases i advise ointments with combination of anti fungals like clotrimazole and steroids like betamethasone.I also recommend to avoid soaps which are irritating, and to use mild soap or warm water for cleaning the area.It is also advised to wear loose cotton underwear and change sweaty underwear at time.Hope this may help you.
Let me know if you have any further query.
I find this answer helpful
