What Are The Chances For STD Having Unprotected Gay Anal Sex?

Hi my name is John. My height is 5 feet 8 inches. I am eighteen. I have had unprotected gay anal sex with a boy.(I am also a boy).We both have had no other sexual contact with any one but ourselves. We are faithful, and I an 110% sure about that. We both do not have any STD. Is there any chance that we can get any, eg AIDS. Also I masturbate a lot on average 2 times for the day. My hands shake a lot. Is masturbation a cause of this. If not what is?

Hello and welcome to HCM,
Sexually transmitted diseases (STDs) and HIV infection can be transmitted by sexual route.
Unprotected sex, multiple partners, use of intravenous drugs can further lead to spread of STDs and HIV.
The best practice to avoid STDs and HIV is to use barrier method of contraception and avoiding multiple partners.
Masturbation is a habit which does not having any deleterious
effect, however, vary frequent masturbation can cause sorenees and even infection of the tract.

Thanks and take.
