What Are The Chances For The Ares On Tissue To Be A Sign Of Pregnancy?

Hi I went for an ultrasound yesterday to check for retained products 8 weeks after an erpc. They found an area of tissue, dr thinks it could be a formation of blood vessels caused by the surgery, retained product or early pregnancy. How likely would it be pregnancy?
