What Are The Chances For The Sutures To Open Up?

i am 26 trs of age.i had an complicated appendicitis surgery 42days ago and i recovered fast. i have participated in sports like basketball for 2days now and i am afraid about the dissolvable stiches inside (had 5 stiches). What happens when they get opened or what are the symptoms if it stiches get open?

With your query, dissolvable stiches usually get absorbed max. by 30 days and aso depends on the type of sutures used however after such surgeries you are not supposed to keep pressure on your abdomen.ALWAYS PREVENTION IS BETTER THAN CURE. Visit your doctor and get it checked.
