Hello
As you mentioned that there was anal intercourse and presumed that your partner was positive
HIV ( as you mentioned in the query ).
Now read this carefully :
There is a strong association of transmission of HIV with receptive anal intercourse , probably only a thin ,fragile , rectal
mucous membrane separates the deposited semen from potentially susceptible cells in and beneath the mucosa and trauma may be associated with anal intercourse.
Anal douching & sexual practices that traumatized the rectal mucosa also increase the likelihood of infection.
I do agree with you that there was not blood or or
bruise but anal intercourse is most dangerous way of transmission of HIV .
Now you have to wait for 2 weeks till
antibodies begin to appear for HIV .
Else ,you can start anti viral treatment in advance after consultation with a physician .
After two weeks you can get rapid P 24 nucleic acid amplification test ( pcr ,
rna ).
But it is not necessary that person always get HIV (even if partner is positive ) so don't take any tension and wait for 2 weeks of initial infection.
Good luck.
