What Are The Chances Of HIV Infection With Condom Breakage?

question regarding sexual health , risky(condom breakage ) heterosexual exposure 19 days ago .The breakage was noticed straight away and condom replaced.What are the risks of HIV infection and what test could be done and when?

Thanks for the consult:
1. The chance of getting HIV infection with condom breakage will depend upon these factors which you are exposed
a) You mentioned that the condom breakage was noticed straight away and the condom was replaced so the chance is very less less than 1 %
b) But at the time of breakage you are spilling out your sperms or not.. that is not mentioned chances of infection is high when you are spilling out
c) Please clarify that you and your partner are sexually active with other(multiple sex partners) then the infection transmitted is high only if any one is already infected with hiv

2. RNA test to detect the genetic material of HIV can be done after 1-3weeks of exposure to HIV
3. Tridot test can be done after 6 weeks of risk exposure
4. Western blot test is the confirmative test after 6 weeks of exposure
5. PCR test to detect the quantity of viral load after 6 weeks of exposure
