My daughter tried to break up a fight and one man hit her in the face twice causing a broken cheek bone and a small skin abrasion to her cheek. What are the chances of contracting hiv brom his knuckles hitting and breaking her skin as this person was fighting with other people first before my daughter tried to intervene. The abrasion was superficial and has healed within 3/4 days

There is very little chance that you may get infected with such a incident. if blood had contacted with the abrasion than it is possible to get infected with the HIV. But the persons who had been hit previously is having a HIV has very little chance you can say around 0.01% again if we add it if it is touched to your abrasion will reduce the percent to 0.001% so consider it to be very nil.
