What Are The Chances Of Coming Out Of The Coma Induced For Angioplasty ?
my uncle had a heart attack after surfing at sunset beack, oahu, he flat lined twice before being defibulatored, at the hospital( queens ) doctors opened the chest cavity and angioplast the aorta(one side was 90%blocked), the induced coma was on thursday of this past week, my question is how or what would the chances of coming out of coma for this induced condition-thanks

as u told the history of ur Uncle, He is in coma, chances of coming out of the coma is better when his BRAIN is working normally. sometime many patient's heart and lung functions normally, but BRAIN DEAD, in this scenario its difficult. but in ur case, i hope he will come out, becoz doctors had already put the stent and treated.
