Hi,
In the current scenario, in order to assess if the pin-hole os of the cervix is creating any problems in conception, a post-coital test may be performed. If sufficient sperm count is observed, it indicates that conception should not be a problem. If not, artificial insemination may be tried. If there is history of exposure to diethyl stilboestrol in utero, this association of pin-hole os can be a cause of infertility; if there is no history of exposure to DES in utero, this cannot be related to infertility. Hope this helps.
