What Are The Chances Of Contracting HIV With Unprotected Oral Sex?

Hi, i have a doubt, I was in a brothel and sex with a prostitute. She performed oral sex on me without a condom because she knew it was my first time and then the rest was all even with a condom. I want to know if I have chances of catching hiv, I m quite scared, I saw that it is very difficult.I sucked her breast for 5 seconds and think as I know nothing came out and then after vaginal , she put my finger right in the beginning of her pussy just to show me she was all wet, i m scared because i eat nailscan I have caught hiv in any of these three actions? Thank you for query.the chance of transmission of HIV by oral route is very very rare.More so you have not ingested any secretions.the chance even if she is HIV positive by oral is rare as virus does not survive through the GI tract.Only if ulcers or abrasions are present in the mouth there are minor possibilities.You can allay fear of HIV.The other methods like fingering are rare and fordyce spots does not alter the transmission of HIV i.e it does not promote HIV transmission.So if you want to rule out HIV to relive your anxiety go for HIV testing depending on the time since exposure.You can get back for any clarifications with details.Dr Bharatesh D Basti Dermatologist and venereologist.
