What Are The Chances Of Cranial Bleeding In An Elderly Person After A Fall?

Man I know fell from two steps and hit his head hard on wood kneeler. Ad two stitches . Went to Er. Few days later to get Ct told he had slight concussion. He was having headaches and sick stomach. Now they think it delayed concussion and high blood pressure. He is 72 years old. They are concern with delayed cranial bleeding and high blood pressure. Have any advice. Thank you!
