What Are The Chances Of Delayed Periods While On Letrozol?

What causes a long luteal phase? I took letrozol this cycle, got a positive OPK at day 12-14 and it s now 21 days past ovulation but no period, no signs of it either. I have been pregnant before and both times a HPT was inaccurate so am waiting it out but this there a possible medical reason or this long of a luteal phase?

Hi..
Welcome to HCM..
The possible reason could be pregnancy if you had intercourse in ovulatory period..
You can get an ultrasound done which is a definitive sign of pregnancy..
If not your treating doctor might consider giving you progestogens for withdrawl bleeding..
Letrozole doesn't have direct effect on menstruation..
Discuss the possibilities with your treating doctor ..
Hope this information helps you..
Take care..
