What Are The Chances Of Fertility In A Person With Spermatozoon?

I just want to know about the report of my Semen Analysis.
I am Larryzaman , recently tested for a semen analysis , where the report shows below

2. Liquefaction: Completely Liquefied (Liquefied within 30 min)
3.PH: 7.5
4.Sperm concentration: 40
5.Total Sperm count: 140 million
6.Sperm Motility: More rapid progression 35%,forward progression 45%
7.Sperm morphology: 75%
8. Leucocytes: 0-1/ HPF
9.Fructose: Present
Opinion: Spermatozoon

I am 33 years old ,working as Computer Manager .I have some question is that i have got married six months ago , my wife has no problem as per Doctor concerns, now have the curiosity that from the report , is everything OK or I need to improve anything ? I will be grateful getting response from an expertise like you.
