Hi,

The chances of fertility after the removal of Implanon can vary from person to person, but in general, fertility should return soon after the removal of the implant. According to the manufacturer, fertility can return as early as the first week after removal, and most women can conceive within a year of removal.

While the length of time that the implant was in place can affect fertility, there is no definitive answer as to how long it takes for fertility to return to normal after removal. However, in your case, since it has been several years since the removal of the implant and you have not become pregnant, it may be worth seeking medical evaluation to determine if any underlying fertility issues need to be addressed.

Many factors can affect fertility, including age, hormonal imbalances, and underlying medical conditions. Your healthcare provider can perform tests to evaluate your reproductive health and provide guidance on options for improving your chances of conception if needed.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
