Hello sir and welcome.

Idoz-72 when taken within the first 24 hours after unprotected sexual intercourse provides 98 % protection from conception. The delay in her period can also be due to the consumption of the tablet which can cause a slight hormonal fluctuation. Wait for a day or two and conduct a home pregnancy test using an early morning urine sample. This test yields most accurate results when conducted either 2 weeks after the suspected date of conception or on or after the second day of a missed period.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
