What Are The Chances Of Getting Pregnant With 8 Mm Endometrium?
I'm 27yrs old and married for 2 years.I had a miscarraige on Dec 2009 as heart of the baby did not develop. After that till date i did not get regular periods.I had to take deviry 10 mg to get periods. Lately, my bleeding is very less and maximum for a day only. I'm under treatment from November 2010. I have PCOD and takes Glycomet twice a day. Also takes, folic acid, ecospirin 150 mg, evion forte 600 mg and thyronorm 25 mg. Now, my TSH is under conrol. From last 2 weeks I am also taking Progynova 2mg tablet (2-2-2).My doctor said my endomitrium had become 8.8 mm but not going up than that. He said also it is seen as a hazy appearance and not clear. He suspects genital TB and gave me deviry to be taken another 10 days alongwith progynova and then wait to get periods. Then he will do a biopsy to rule out TB. Is there some other reason why the endomitrium is hazy?I heard conceiving is very difficult with TB.Will i be able to conceive with 8 mm endomitrium? Please help me. My ovulation is also not happening.
See the report of endometrial sampling . if its positive for TB than take Anti TB treatment. If it is negative than you can undergo something called as ovulation induction which means taking drugs like Clomiphene citrate which help in growth of eggs and than take inj hcg 5000 units when follicle matures for follicle to ovulate. Than either you can have intercourse multiple times for 48 hrs or you can undergo intra uterine insemination that means putting the sperms in uterine cavity artificially.
