What Are The Chances Of Getting Pregnant With Pre-cum?

cani know how to know pregnancy,, after 15 days she didnt get period..now late 3days,, we had use condoms. but one time before put condom i normally did ,but didn t ejaculate inside...last 4 days she had fever and loose motion,,can it cause to delay period..thank u docter.
