am 37 years and i have taken ove mit for the very first time. What are the chances that i will pregnant with twins this is my first attempt ,get try getting pregnant , my delayed to child bearing has been because of broken engagements and career pursuits

Ovamit is a chlomiphene citrate preparation&acts by stimulating follicular maturity &ovulation. Artificial stimulation tends to mature more than one follicles at a time (&spwcially so when the woman is already having normal hormonal pattern to cause regular ovulation)
So you have more chances to carry twins than normally ovulating woman.
