What Are The Chances Of Getting Pregnant Without Ejaculation?

need to know if theres a possibility of pregnancy. Played with vagina with penis didnt ejaculate but noticed wet like substance on penis, vagina was also wet because of natural lurication, i peed before all this and we are both virgins so her hymen(not sure if spelled right) is not broken. she was on her 14th day after her last period. there was no penetration only playful touching and rubbing of genital areas for both, pretty sure the penis and vaginal opening touched more than once. In a more concise manner can precum and outercourse along with not having the hymen broken have significant chances of pregnancy? Please help really worried and stressed, not sure if answer will be emailed, id like for it to just be in a link or a reply straight on this website.

I understand your concern.
Conception is possible with sperms entering vaginal opening,& get united with mature female ovum, more so in mid cycle ( !4th day in a 28 days menstrual cycle). Even if no ejaculation in vagina- even precum secreted while foreplay can impregnate a woman, in case sperms enter in vagina.
* A fore play with external genitals just in contact, without any penetration,/ ejaculation, has minimal chances of pregnancy.
BUT-(,in case precum & the sperms in it enter vagina)., that too , on 14th day of menses bears risk of pregnancy..
* I would suggest to go for-
- Blood HCG test around the expected date of periods to exclude pregnancy. & be careful in future.
