What Are The Chances Of Getting Pregnant Without Penetration?

My partner gave me a handjob and I ejaculated on her hands and mine as well. We then used paper towels to wipe our hands and then used hand sanitizer. We then went outside in cold hair. About 20 minutes after, my partner went to the washroom to wipe discharge due to arousal from the opening of her vagina. Then we both washed our hands. About 2 hours after, we returned home and I then started to finger her. A day after my partner is experiencing minor stomach cramps and very minor back pain. My partner is expecting to get her period within 1.5 weeks or so. My questions are: 1) can hand sanitizer kill/remove sperm? 2) can my partner become pregnant from the situation described above, particularly at the points when she used tissue to wipe her vagina and when I fingered her? 3) would it be safe to use contraceptive/emergency contraceptive pills, even if the chance of becoming pregnant is 0? 4) could fingering my girlfriend lead to the minor cramps she is experiencing? 5) is it too soon for pregnancy signs to occur, given that the scenario happened 3 days ago?

With this presentation, it would be very difficult for her to be pregnant. Normally, sperm cells swim in fluid before getting to where an egg can be fertilized. Millions of sperm cells usually start this race and only a few can reach the target with only one fertilzsing. When the number of sperm cells or the amount of fluid is reduced, the chances of fertilization become reduced. So in your own case, I do not think there is a possibility of her becoming pregnant and emergency contraceptives might not be needed. The minor stomach cramps might be a sign that her period would be coming soon.
