Hello sir

me and my girlfriend din't had intercourse but we touched each other there was sperm in my hands n fingers i only wiped it on clean towel but dint washed my hands and then i touched her vagina with that finger which i wiped earlier

m worried will she get pregnant by this her period started on 22nd jan and all the things happened today on 29th jan

I understand your concern.
I see no chances of pregnancy in your case, because sperms can not move in dry condition.
Only possibility is, the fear of getting pregnant may delay her period due to psychological tension.I
I such a case you can exclude pregnancy, by blood pregnancy test( 2 weeks after the sex) or urine test ( 3 weeks after sex).
