What Are The Chances Of Getting Pregnant Without Penetration?
My boyfriend and i were fooling around, not sex, and i may have gotten semen on my hand (not 100% sure) and touched my underwear to put it on without washing my hands.. then about an hour and a half 2 hours later i touched myself. could that get me pregnant or would the sperm be dead?

I can understand your concern.
The chances of pregnancy are almost ZERO.
Semen dries out very quickly when it's outside the body - and sperm can live outside of the body for only about 20 minutes.
On a human hand, the drying/survival time would be very short.
So I really doubt that you could become pregnant in the way you've described. Certainly, I've never heard or seen a patient who got pregnant like this.
So please don't worry.
