Hello,
I have gone through your query and can understand your concern, but, given the history of previous two cesarean sections, the chances of trying for a vaginal birth in this pregnancy seem to be very remote. The previous indications for the abdominal deliveries must be non-recurrent ones, the post-operative and intra-operative period must have been uneventful, there must be sufficient gap in between pregnancies, there should be no contraindication in this pregnancy and the delivery must be planned in a highly equipped hospital and conducted by an experienced surgeon if vaginal birth is wished by you in this pregnancy. Hope this helps.
