What Are The Chances Of Internal Bleeding At This Time?

My 7 week old rolled off the couch. I picked him up asap; he was crying and I held him and cried and he seemed like he was ok. I checked his head, ears, eyes, and everything seems fine. He slept for 4 hours and I woke him up to eat..what else should I do? How will I be able to tell if he has internal bleeding? I haven t been able to sleep I just keep crying and checking his breathing
