Hi, Welcome to Health care magic forum.
It appears that the irregular periods in a child bearing age may be the anemia, infection, fibroids, or poly cystic ovarian syndrome.
To take care of anemia, and general health take more of green leafy vegetables, pulses, sprouts, and protein rich foods.
I advise you to consult a gynecologist for diagnosis and treatment. You may need to have an M.R.I. for diagnosis of structural diseases.
Wishing for a quick and complete recovery. thank you.
