What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy After Taking Ipills?

I m on the POP and normally take the pill at 8.30am. On Tuesday i forgot to take my pill until 14 hours later at 10.30pm. I then continued to take my pill for Wednesday at the usual time of 8.30am. I m currently on the third week of my current pill packet with only five days to go before I start a fresh packet. I am also currently having a mini period. If I were to have sex with my partner on Friday would I still be protected from pregnancy or should we be using an extra method of contraception?

Welcome to HCM and thanks for asking your question.
I would like to tell you that if you forgot one pill then you had to take that pill as soon as you remembered...usually skipping one pill will not cause ovulation,because these pills inhibit ovulation...but you have to take that pill after you remember....
So i would advise you that for absolute safer side, use protection during sex or take emergency contraception after unprotected sex...so you are still protected after skipping a single pill,but for absolute safer side,use protection while sex...
