What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy Having Missed Periods Since 2 Years?

Hi, my name is Tiffani. I recently lost my virginity on Friday, September 5th, and the guy did not wear a condom. I haven t had a period in two years. I am nervous because my belly looks a little big and I have weird feelings in my stomach but the guy did not cum.. Like no sperm came out and into me. But even if it did, would I even be pregnant because I don t even get my period. But my breasts look a little bit bigger. All I would like is answers to my questions. I ve been tested to see why I don t have my periods and have even had an ultrasound but I still have no clue why.

Hi dear,
I have gone through your question and understand your concerns.
Absence of periods for 2 years means that you have secondary amenorrhea.
It can be due to many causes like premature ovarian failure, severe hypothyroidism, hyperprolactemia or polycystic ovarian disease.
Pregnancy is a rare possibility of you didn't have periods for last 2 years.
However, you should get a urine pregnancy test done to rule out any pregnancy.
If negative, then you should get your hormonal profile done and ultrasound done to confirm the diagnosis and get appropriate treatment timely.
