What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy If Microgynon Is Taken In Half Dose?

Hi, so I had unprotected sex with my husband and I m not in any birth control method , there is no day after pill available in my country the only one available is microgynon , I took 4 tablets an hour or so after the act and 4 hours after started with nauseas and vomits , I didn t take the next dose after that because the side effects were really uncomfortable. What are the chances of pregnancy if I took only half a dose?

Hi,

It won’t provide any contraceptive effect if taken in half dose. It doesn’t matter whether you had taken half dose or not taken at all. You can go for a urine pregnancy test in case of missed periods.
