General & Family Physician 's  Response
HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

Weight loss would help to improve the chance of conception.
Some persons with PCOD achieve pregnancy with weight loss alone so it is possible that a reduction to 60 kg would help you.

If this is not enough to help there are medications that can be used to help.

Eg metformin or hormonal medications that may help with ovulation

I hope this helps
