What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy Post Tubal Ligation?

my girlfriend had a tubal ligation twenty years ago and is saying her doctor is citing she has pregnancy hormones of 3-3 and a half months along. However, she recently had a blood transfusion so her doctor is trying to rule out that a donor may have passed on blood from someone pregnant. What are the chances she s really pregnant?

A pregnant donating blood and passing hormones doesn't sound practically possible..
And whether she is pregnant or not can be definitely confirmed by a pelvic ultrasound..
Tubal ligation can have failures and may lead to pregnancy but there are other factor also in the given case like her age, fertility rate, time of intercourse etc.,
An ultrasound can give you a definitive diagnosis..
