Hi,
I understand your query.
Yes precum does have sperms sufficient to cause conception.
Understand one more thing about conception. It is possible with sperms entering female genital organs- while ovulation phase of her menses only. The ovulation is 14th day of menses in 28 days menstrual cycle.
It seems you had sex in last week of your cycle- so apperently you don't have risk of conception.
Doubt can be ruled out by blood HCG test around date of coming menses/ home UPT after 8 days delay in menses.
Thanks.
