What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy When On Birth Control Pills?

Im taking my birth control and skipping the placebo row so I won t have my period. I haven t had my period in 3 years. Can I still get pregnant even though I haven t had my period in quite sometime due to birth control? Or do I have to come off of the pill to get pregnant?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

You would have to come off the pill to conceive.

Once you are using the consistently then you are highly unlikely to become pregnant.

It would take a few days to weeks for your hormonal status to return to normal if the pill is discontinued so conception would not be immediate.

I hope this helps
