What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy With Lichen Planus On The Vulva?

I am natasha just 35,was diagnosed with primary ovarian failure around 10 yrs ago,since then have adopted to children,but at presant being treated for lichen planus on the vulva,had bloods done for an auto immunity,my blood results have come back positive,i am led to believe that auto immune diseases cause infertility????? Back to the liverpool womans hospital on the 4th july,do you think there is any chance of me getting pregnant,with donor??? I need to know the answers before its too late and i am too old,thanks
