What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy With Unprotected Sex Post Child Delivery?

I gave birth to my first child in July 08 and I didn t have sex at all after his birth until August of 09. I would like to know if the vagina will shrink back to its normal state before childbirth? I would also like to know if it is normal for sperm to come back out after ejaculation? Every time my husband and I have sex and I move or stand up the sperm or (whatever it may be) comes back out. Will this hinder me from conceiving again? If so, what should I do and it not how can I keep the sperm in and also tighten the vagina?

HI, thanks for using healthcare magic

There would be some stretching of the vagina during childbirth but this would not prevent further conception.

This is the reason that some women are able to have 2, 3, 4 or more children.

Though some of the semen may not remain in the vaginal area, some of it does and only a very small amount is needed for conception.

I hope this helps
