What Are The Chances Of Pregnancy Without Ejaculation?

My girlfriend and I had genital rubbing. She was always wet. One time I came in her panties. Will she get pregnant if the panties were pressed in her vagina? She has missed her period now but she always has delay ones. She had 4 months without her period but when her period came blood came out too much not like normal. She is now always suffering headaches and one time had super smell.

The physical contact as you describe, is less likely to cause pregnancy.
Still if you have doubt, get her home pregnancy test done.
Your friend's menstrual history suggests hormonal imbalance.Please get it evaluated & treated.
