Hi,
Welcome to HCM!
This is Dr. Sridhar and I shall be answering your question.

I want you to understand that pre-ejaculatory fluid also contains sperms at times. This is the fluid that appears before a person ejaculates.

There is a chance that your fiance's sperms might have entered and may cause pregnancy.

If it has been less that 72 hours since then, you must take an oral contraceptive pill.
Kindly get your pregnancy test done to confirm once.

Hope this information helps. Feel free to ask if you have any doubts.

Wish you good health.
With regards,
Dr. Sridhar
