What Are The Chances Of Recovery With History Of Brain Aneurysm?

my friend had a ruptured brain aneurysm 6 months ago. She is still in a rehab hospital. She can not swallow on her own. She has a feeding tube. She seems to be in a constant vegetative state. Very little movement. No improvement over the past 6 months. Is there any chance of recovery?
