Hello,

In the current scenario, the chances of conception are very less since she took the emergency contraceptive pill on both the occasions within the stipulated time interval.

However, there is an expected delay in the next natural period by a week or two since the hormone milieu is disrupted due to the pill intake. Please see your health care provider for further management if she becomes overdue by ten days.

Prefer regular contraception. Avoid using more than two emergency pills in a year and definitely not in a single cycle.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Shanti Vennam
