Hi,
Chances of pregnancy are good enough even with one tube left as happens after tube removals consequent upon ectopic pregnancies. You have one normal tube while the other has abnormal fimbrial pattern. This calls for some concern should an ovum traversing this tube get fertilized, as proper tubal propulsion is necessary for a fertilized ovum to get implanted normally in the uterus; else, chances of an ectopic tubal pregnancy are high. You need proper monitoring as soon as you conceive. Hope this helps.
