What Are The Chances To Get Pregnant With Foreplay

Last night, I was fooling around with my boyfriend. I didn't let him penetrate me, but he did rub the tip against my vagina for a few seconds. I wasn't wet at the time and right after, fooling around, his penis was dry. Can I assume there was no pre-cum? This happened 20 days after the start of my last period. How big of a chance is there that I could be pregnant?
