What Are The Correct Crocin And Meftal-P Dosages For Child With High Fever And Body Pain?

Hi..my daughter is 8 years old..27/28 kg weight..she has temperature and body pains..crocin 250 mg I gave .7.5 ml and after 3 hours temperature increased ..I gave meftal p 7.5 ml at 1.50 .am.temperature came down from 103 to 102 in an hour but not coming down..I feel dosages are less..kindly suggest dosage for crocin 250 mg..n meftal p 100mg..
